Oh Got It! is a curated marketplace for ready-to-use work systems—templates, automations, and digital downloads from independent creators. Here's how buying and selling works.
For buyers
Do I need an account to buy?+
Yes. Sign in (or create an account) before checkout so your purchase lands in My Library.
Where do I download what I bought?+
Open My Library. Each purchase has a download button for the latest approved version.
Can access expire or run out of downloads?+
Some products have a time-limited access window or a download cap. Your library card shows what applies to that purchase.
How do refunds and disputes work?+
Refunds for marketplace purchases are handled by Oh Got It! — reply to your receipt or contact platform support. Don't ask the creator to refund the charge on your card. A full refund removes library access; a bank dispute pauses access until it's resolved.
Can I message a creator with questions?+
Only when the creator offers optional setup help on that listing. You'll see that help is available on the product page before you buy; the request form unlocks after you purchase that system on Oh Got It!. Setup fees are arranged and paid directly with the creator — separate from your marketplace purchase. We don't yet have a general Q&A or buyer–seller inbox. For broken downloads, missing access, or payment problems, use platform support. To report copyright, malware, or misleading content, use Report this listing on the product page.
How do I report a listing?+
On any product page, use Report this listing for copyright, malware, or misleading content claims.
For creators
How do I become a seller?+
Apply to sell. After approval, set up payouts, create your storefront, and submit products for review.
When do I get paid?+
After you set up payouts, your share of each sale (sale price minus the 10% platform fee and any affiliate commission) goes to Stripe when the buyer pays. Stripe then sends money to your bank on its payout schedule—often a few business days after a sale settles.
Set this up from Payouts in your seller dashboard before you go live. It takes a few minutes: you verify who you are and add a bank account on Stripe's secure pages. Paid products can't be purchased until setup is complete.
What do I need to set up payouts?+
A government ID and a bank account (or debit card, where Stripe supports it) in your name. Stripe handles identity checks—we never see your full banking password. If setup fails or you need to change your bank later, use Open bank settings on the Payouts page.
Can free products run an affiliate program?+
No. Affiliate commissions only apply to paid sales of at least $0.50. Free listings cannot enable affiliates or issue affiliate links.
For affiliates
When do I get paid?+
Commissions stay pending for 30 days after each sale so refunds and chargebacks can reduce or cancel them. After the hold, eligible commissions are paid to your connected Stripe account. Connect Stripe from the affiliate dashboard.
Why is my commission still pending?+
Pending means the 30-day hold is still running, the order is under dispute, or your Stripe onboarding is incomplete. Fully refunded or charged-back sales are cancelled instead of paid.
How do I find products to promote?+
Browse products with active affiliate programs, then generate a share link from the product page or your dashboard.
What if a creator changes the commission rate after I generate a link?+
Your link keeps working. New sales use the rate in effect when the buyer pays. Sales you already earned keep the amount from that sale. If the creator turns the program off, new sales pay no commission. My Links on your dashboard always shows the current rate.
