Reach Oh Got It! platform support for account, payment, access, or policy questions. If a creator offers optional setup help on a listing, you can request that from the product page—otherwise there isn't a general inbox to message creators yet.
Before you write
- Setup help → buy the listing first, then use the creator's setup request form on the product page (when offered).
- Refunds → contact platform support here (or reply to your receipt). Creators can't refund the card charge for you — Oh Got It! handles that.
- Download or library issues → check My Library and include your order email.
- Common answers → Help Center.
